The European Deaf Padel Association (EDP) is established under Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association, with legal personality and full capacity to act, lacking profit motive.
As a main objective, to encourage and promote national and international padel competitions for the deaf.
In order to organize, mainly direct the European Circuit of Deaf Padel and support tournaments, leagues, circuits or any padel competition, in which players with hearing loss participate directly or indirectly.
To support, organize and promote (courses, conferences, campuses, seminars, training) to promote padel and/or any sport that allows the social integration of its participants.
The Association will be governed by democratic principles and, specifically, its activity and that of its members and players participating in the competitions, which will be organically based on, for example, the following principles:
