I expressly grant and AUTHORIZE the EUROPEAN PADEL ASSOCIATION FOR THE DEAF, with CIF number G19886696 (hereinafter, EDP) to process my personal contact information and, specifically, to capture, obtain, reproduce, publish, and use the image and/or voice of the INTERESTED PARTY for the purposes described below, all in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Therefore, I hereby inform you that your personal data (including your contact information and image) will be processed by EDP for the following purposes:
– To manage your registration as a member and/or participant in tournaments and events organized by EDP.
– To maintain the relationship with EDP.
– Dissemination of your name and image captured during the tournaments and events in which you participate for publication in digital spaces (website, social media, YouTube, or any other digital platform) owned by the EDP and/or any other known or unknown means of dissemination.
